Iconic / DUSTtoDUST No.05

$500.00

This beautiful skull is inspired by the iconic sculpture that welcomes all Colorado guests traveling in from DIA. Blue Mustang (or affectionately known as Blucifer) is a 32 foot tall, all blue mustang with red-orange glowing eyes, and without a doubt is a memorable piece of Colorado.

This skull also features a topographic map of Northern-Colorado’s tallest peak, Longs Peak and the surrounding landscape.

The orange ring around the eye is inspired from how indigenous people would paint their horses when going into battle. The ring represented wisdom and heightened eye-site. A portion of the profit will be donated to denverindiancenter.org/ in a way of honoring the design element from their culture.
